Cancellation or refund policy are approved on case to case basis at the discretion of the management. As per the terms provided in the agreement between the Broadcaster and advertiser/Agency.
This will be purely an offline cancellation process and depends on whether the advertiser request is already processed/ forwarded to the corresponding Broadcaster for telecast or not.
For assured cancellation, Advertiser /Agency needs to send a written communication to the Broadcaster along with requesting cancellation of the advertisement. The request should be made within 48 hours from date of telecast. Cancellation Charges may apply as per duly signed contract.
